How do I know if I’m eligible for a DSCR Loan?
To be eligible for a DSCR Loan, you must have a DSCR ratio of 1 or higher, i.e. your rental income should
exceed your mortgage payment. Also, most lenders will require a minimum credit score of 620. Lastly, you
need to pay a 20-25% down payment. You will most likely get the loan if you satisfy all these criteria.
