Amresh Singh is Founder & CEO of HomeAbroad – a property and financial technology company helping international customers purchase US real estate and helping with other financial services and needs for US newcomers and immigrants. Amresh is also founder of HomeAbroad Loans LLC dba Ziffy Mortgage, a technology powered mortgage broker company specializing in Non-QM Mortgages such as Foreign National Mortgages, DSCR Loans, ITIN Loans, Bank Statement Loans etc.  

Amresh is a licensed mortgage loan originator (NMLS # 2549148). Amresh has 14+ years of experience in the mortgage and financial services industry. Prior to co-founding HomeAbroad, Amresh led the mortgage origination, marketing and sales execution strategy, FinTech partnerships and international segment niche for HSBC Bank USA NA – one of the world’s largest international banks.  

Amresh is passionate about solving non-traditional financing in the real estate industry, from helping foreign nationals obtain mortgages with No Credit History, to domestic real estate investors obtaining alternate financing via non-qualified mortgage loans. Amresh is seen as an industry leader and expert in real estate finance, cross-border financing and financial technology domain.
