Debjit is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of HomeAbroad, a prop-tech and fintech company that helps U.S. newcomers and global investors buy U.S. real estate.

Debjit is also the founder of HomeAbroad Loans, Ziffy Mortgage, and Ziffy.ai – a technology-powered mortgage company specializing in Non-QM Mortgages such as Foreign National Mortgages, DSCR Loans, ITIN Loans, Bank Statement Loans, etc.

He is a passive real estate investor in the U.S. and India. Before starting HomeAbroad, Debjit led technology teams at various top-tier tech companies. He has also been the editor-in-chief and founder of a Finance Publication called OpenMarkets, which covers finance and technology in India for the new generation of Indian youth.

US Telecom giant AT&T and Syracuse University, NY, have previously awarded Debjit for several innovations in civic and government technologies.
